Virtual Terminal and Invoicing
eServices Technology’s invoicing platform is robust with preferences. The platform allows you the capability to add miscellaneous line items, taxes, etc… Upon generating your invoice, it is as straightforward as emailing or printing the invoice for payment. The emailed invoicing option provides a payment link that directs your customer to a secure payment page to submit payment.
The Virtual Terminal provides a way to input credit card information and all other pertinent billing information.
The invoice detail information page is where you can add line items and view final balance information before sending the invoice to your customer.
The invoice tab is where you can locate a record of your invoices. Know at a glance the current status of all invoices. If you click on one customer, for example, the platform accesses that customers account to view their invoices. Whether the invoice status is listed as paid, partially paid, or past due, you have up to date information on your customer’s invoices and payment status.
The customer’s tab is the location where you can locate a record of all of your customers. Editing a customer’s account information and viewing invoices will be performed in this tab.
When your customer clicks the link provided in the invoice email, they are directed to a secure payment page where the customer can input billing information, payment method, and review their order to complete their transaction.
